Add your name to the petition to urge the Benicia City Council to allow up to two retail cannabis businesses as provided by the ordinance approved by the Benicia City Council on February 20, 2018 and to use tax revenue from cannabis businesses shall be dedicated to repair and maintenance of Benicia city streets.
